💚 A Note from the Founder
وَأَنْ لَيْسَ لِلْإِنسَانِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ
“And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives.”
(Surah An-Najm 53:39)
Foster Learning School was born from a deeply personal dream. As parents, my wife and I envisioned a school where our son—and every child—could grow not only academically strong but truly future-ready. As an entrepreneur and social innovator, I realized that most schools today prepare children for the present, not for the fast-changing world they will inherit. That realization sparked the creation of Foster Learning School – Pakistan’s first Business and Leadership School for Kids.
This vision is rooted in our proven track record. Through Foster Learning, we have spent the past 8 years training youth in universities across Pakistan in entrepreneurship and leadership, enabling hundreds of young people to launch their own businesses. Our experience in empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs inspired us to bring this approach to children—because the earlier these skills are nurtured, the stronger the foundation for success.
At Foster Learning School, education goes beyond textbooks. We created Foster’s Wonders Lab—a one-of-its-kind, futuristic makerspace where children as young as five explore innovation, build real-world skills, and even launch their own ventures.
Our holistic model develops confidence, character, and values alongside academic excellence. Students practice public speaking on national and international platforms, train in horse riding and swimming for discipline, and integrate Deen Studies into daily life—not just as a subject, but as a guiding principle.
Our curriculum introduces future-defining skills like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Hydroponics, Biofloc Fish Farming, Electric Vehicle Technology, Fashion Design, and more—all designed to nurture creativity, problem-solving, and leadership from an early age.

Our Vision
A future where every child graduates not only literate but also business-savvy, technologically skilled, and socially responsible — empowered to lead change, build sustainable ventures, and contribute meaningfully to their communities and the world.
Our Story
Foster Learning began in September 2017 with a simple but urgent mission — to equip the youth of Pakistan with the tools to build their own futures. At the time, thousands of educated young people were struggling with unemployment, frustration, and a sense of being left behind. We believed that leadership, entrepreneurship, and skills training could change that story.
We started in Lahore, but every weekend, our team traveled to Layyah, a small town in southern Punjab, to conduct what became our Foster Flagship Training Program. The response was overwhelming — so much so that the program quickly expanded to more than 60 universities across Punjab and KPK. Over the years, we trained more than 100,000 young people in leadership and entrepreneurship, with 65% participation from women, and saw over 1,000 startups launched by our participants.
When COVID-19 hit, the importance of skills became undeniable. We connected skills-based education directly with industry, creating pathways for employment even in lockdowns. We built an edtech platform linking employers and learners, offering guaranteed internships with a 90% hiring rate. Along the way, we partnered with more than 100 local and international organizations — from industries to NGOs — to create real business opportunities for our graduates.
Our flagship program wasn’t just about training — it included social impact projects. Students would go door-to-door collecting clothes for donation, plant trees in collaboration with the PHA, and even conduct leadership and entrepreneurship sessions in government schools. The feedback from schools was so strong that we began receiving invitations from prestigious institutions to run business and leadership trainings for their students. That’s when the seed of a bigger dream was planted:
What if we created a school that didn’t just teach academics, but also taught children how to build businesses, solve problems, and lead with purpose?
The Birth of Foster Learning School
In March 2025, that dream became reality. Inspired by years of youth training and social projects, we launched Pakistan’s First Business & Leadership School for Kids — a place where learning is skills-driven, activity-based, and future-focused.
Our approach was further enriched through international collaborations that introduced hands-on learning models from industries like construction, civil works, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This inspired the creation of the Foster Wonders Lab — a one-of-a-kind innovation space where students explore construction, electrical systems, electric vehicles, automobiles, AI, robotics, coding, fashion design, hydroponics, biofloc aquaculture, and more — all guided by industry experts.
Our goal is simple: to make skills, business sense, and innovation part of everyday schooling. We want our students to graduate not just with certificates, but with real-world experience, viable business ideas, and the confidence to build their own futures — all while being deeply grounded in Islamic values, ethics, and compassion.
